Whenever a change to the Service Engagement Catalogue is authorized, the Engagement Manager must analyze the impact on
the budget as this will impact the baseline for the Service Engagement. Together with the Delivery Manager a new target
contribution for the Service Engagement will be agreed, taking into account the new contracted value and forecasts,
thus also setting a new DVI baseline.
Based on the Service Demand Forecast – representing the to forecast revenue – and Service Delivery Forecast –
representing the to forecast costs – the Engagement Manager, will determine the values to be entered as forecast for
the financial project codes and reporting periods of the Service Engagement.
